Grants

We support organizations that demonstrate strong leadership, sound financial management, and a clear commitment to making a meaningful difference. Organizations seeking funding must be recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and be in good standing, maintain a sound financial position, and provide an annual report to donors.

Funding requests must align with our philanthropic interests and mission. Organizations must clearly articulate how funds will be used, the needs they will address, and the outcomes or impact they expect to achieve. We consider support for both specific programs and projects, as well as general operating expenses, when aligned with our giving priorities.

Our approach to grantmaking is personal, intentional, and relationship-driven. We do not operate through a formal, competitive grant application process. Instead, we prioritize direct engagement with organizations to learn about their mission, meet their leadership, and gain a firsthand understanding of their work and impact.

We welcome the opportunity to connect, ask questions, and explore how our philanthropic priorities align with your work. Following these conversations, we will determine whether to award funding through our donor-advised fund. Funding is discretionary and is not guaranteed by an initial conversation or meeting.
